CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

This position will require a commitment of 1 evening per week for prep team coaches and 2 evenings per week for elite team coaches; during choreography and competition weeks, additional hours/evenings are to be expected. 

We are looking for coaches who:

  • Are energetic, creative and outgoing.
  • Are reliable.
  • Can demonstrate class control while maintaining an energetic practice environment.
  • Are able to work well with many different personalities (athletes, other coaches, parents, vendors, etc). 
  • Learn quickly. 
  • Are able to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Are excellent, professional communicators. 
  • Understand the impact coaches have on their athletes. 

*High school grads only. Current graduating seniors may be considered. 

Hours for this position will vary. We are looking for instructors for all levels of tumbling.

  • Can plan/create dynamic classes that maximize athlete progression.
  • Can demonstrate class control while maintaining an energetic practice environment.
  • Are able to work well with many different personalities (athletes, other coaches, parents, vendors, etc). 
  • Learn quickly. 
  • Are able to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Are excellent, professional communicators. 
  • Understand the impact coaches have on their athletes.
